Booking Terms

All reservations at Little Point Inn are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid payment method is required to secure your stay, and any applicable taxes, fees, or deposits will be communicated at the time of booking.  Any bookings eligible for special rates must be booked directly through the hotel via phone at 251-928-8000.  You must be 25 years of age with a valid drivers license to book a reservation

Staffing Hours

Our Inn Staff will be on the property from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday thru Sunday.  If you need assistance at anytime, please message 251-928-8000

House Rules

Guests are expected to respect quiet hours (10:00 pm - 8:00 am) smoking restrictions, occupancy limits, and all posted property guidelines. Little Point Inn is a non-smoking inn, and guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required during or after their stay.  There are designated outside areas for smoking.

Pup Policy

We are designated a Pug Friendly Inn (sorry, no cats, birds, alligators, etc)  We prefer pups with responsible owners and only one pup per owner.  A $75 pup fee is required per pup for your stay.  Pups must be leashed on the property and not allowed on beds.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, early departures, and no-shows may be charged for the first night or the full stay, depending on the rate plan selected.  All third party bookings (OTA) cannot be cancelled or modified through Little Point Inn.  Any changes must be made by the guest directly through the booking agency

Liability and Guest Responsibilities

Little Point Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, accidents, or injuries that occur during your stay, except where required by law. Guests are encouraged to secure personal belongings and use the property amenities and shared spaces responsibly. 

Check-in and Services

Contactless check-in and check-out and other amenities are provided as available and may change without notice. By completing a reservation, guests agree to these terms and any additional policies communicated before arrival.  Check-in 11:00 am Check-out 3:00 pm

Housekeeping will not enter a guests' room during their stay.  If you require extra amenities, please text 251-928-800 before 11:00 or speak with the front desk.

Text Messaging Policy

We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay.  By providing phone number during the booking process

you consent to receive test messages from the property  We may send check-instructions, access information, room readiness updates and to to respond to any requests during your stay.  You may OPT OUT anytime during your stay by replying STOP to any message you receive.  No mobile number will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
